Visits to Cantine Campana follow the grapes’ path from when they enter the wine cellar to the bottle. The itinerary starts in the pressing area, where modern technologies guarantee a juice rich in aromas and nutrients; you then move on to the cellar, where tanks and barrels contain the fermenting must and the wines being aged.
In the fermentation room, you can closely observe the process through which some of the wines produced become semi-sparkling or sparkling. The last stop, before tasting the wines, is the bottling line, which puts the quality seal on wines of different types destined to brighten the dining tables of many people in Italy and around the world.
All'interno della Vineria si svolgerà la degustazione classica, che prevede l’assaggio di 3 calici di vino con il racconto della loro storia e delle loro caratteristiche distintive, insieme ai quali viene proposto un tagliere di formaggi tipici e di salumi piacentini selezionati per offrire un’esperienza di gusto genuinamente territoriale.
